The Start Session shortcut can now pick a routine and a category (switching to a different routine requires Pro), and on iOS 27 you can ask Siri to pause, resume, or reset your current session.

Choose which day your week starts on in Preferences. On Mac, the new Statistics view shows your focus time for today and this week. VoiceOver support has also been improved throughout the app.
